The Tribeca Restaurant concept arose in order to start an upmarket restaurant which would satisfy the demands and needs of our kind guests. Ranging from seafood to pasta and meat dishes, we pride ourselves on the quality of our food, which is prepared by our executive chef who, having worked at some exclusive restaurants in Italy and abroad, has now decided to display his craft among the sweet Tuscan hills of Chianciano Terme. The Tribeca Restaurant is certainly a modern restaurant, but it also respectful of local food, which can be tasted by choosing from either our degustation menu or our a la Carte menu. Besides, our open-view kitchen offers an uncommon insight: our chefs at work! All select products offered by the Tribeca Restaurant have been developed with an emphasis on quality and are perfectly paired with wines selected by our sommelier, which can be chosen from either our wine list or our by the glass wine list.
