STAGNINO

PIENZA

Stagnino is a structure made of two stone farmhouses belonging to the Farm "Schiaccione" directly managed by its owner Mr. Fè Fiorenzo and his family.
It was completely restored in 1997 and is furnished with all comforts (well equipped kitchenettes, satellite TV, bathrooms with hydro-massage), though keeping the typical characteristics of a country house (brick floors, wood beams, panoramic loggia). Clients will also have at their disposal open spaces with oven and barbecue.
Stagnino is characterised by a splendid panoramic position, being located on a terrace that opens on the South on the Orcia Valley, an area rich of gullies.
In the vicinity there are the charming town of Pienza that can also be reached on foot in about half an hour, the wooden hill of Lucignanello with its antique building of medieval origins and the Mount Amiata. All around it the typical Tuscan country routes leading to Monticchiello and to Massaini Palace.
It's really an enchanting and unique landscape that can be enjoyed in an atmosphere of absolute peace, cause the street to Stagnino is a no through road but for its guests. For any need, please ask Mr Fiorenzo who lives just a few miles from the holiday farm.
In the farm it's also possible to purchase the typical products of this area: oil, wine, free-range chickens…Stagnino is a structure made of two stone farmhouses belonging to the Farm "Schiaccione" directly managed by its owner Mr. Fè Fiorenzo and his family.
