It 'possible to park the car at the railway station of Chiusi Chianciano and from there begin our journey along the SS 326 towards Siena - Sinalunga approximately 6 km in places Salcheto, take the SS 454, direction Pozzuoli, to about 4 miles, just after the "natural oasis of the Lake of Montepulciano", turn left. After about 5 km you come to a crossroads, go straight. At the intersection you come to after about 10 km follow the signs for the Abbey of Farneta, which is three kilometers from that point. From the square of the Abbey branches off the road back to the Provincial Chianacce, take a left to the intersection of Valiano where you turn right and drive about a mile. At the junction turn left to Acquaviva.
