STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

Of the numerous farmhouses owned by the Company, mainly built in the Nineteenth Century, and no longer used since the end of sharecropping (1955–1965), we began renovating some for farm holidays in 1991.
Currently we have 13 renovated buildings, of which 4 are owned by Giacomo Mori and the rest by brothers, which can host 100 people.
The renovations were done maintaining the building and architectural characteristics, with stone walls, wooden ceilings, tile floor, wooden doors and windows, style furnishing.
The average surface area of the 4 buildings owned by Giacomo Mori, located in Le Case and Casella, is about 250/300 sq. m with a hosting capacity of 8 beds each making a total of 30 beds. Renting lasts 1 or more weeks.
The building have two 6x12 m pools, independent heating, satellite TV, telephone, dishwasher, washing machine.
The Company offers cleaning service, sheet changing, cleaning of the swimming pools.

Le Case is a group of three buildings that are about
500 m away from Palazzone, near the vineyards and olive orchards,
surrounded by old cypress trees, with joint use of the pool and
accessed through a private road.

The building of Casella has a ground floor containing the Company cellars and a 1st and 2nd floor for farm holidays that can either be used as a single unit for 7 beds, or separately with 4 beds on the second floor.
You can access the building from an avenue of cypress trees and is about 300/400 metres outside Palazzone.
Near the building, on the boundary of a forest of oaks and cypresses on one side and an olive orchard on the other, a swimming pool has been built for exclusive use of the building.
The building was recently renovated with the restoration of old Eighteenth hundred century frescoes on the first floor.
The 1st floor is set aside for farm holidays and is formed of 1 double room, 1 single room, kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathroom with shower.
The apartment is on the second floor and is composed of kitchen/dining room/living room, 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
