Leaving the central Piazza Italy, near the Spa, take the Avenue Buozzi climb that takes us, follow the signs for the SS 2 Cassia, then, at the junction which are located about six miles, following signs for Contignano, at the crossroads of Victoria. Come here, turn left following signs to Radipole. After a long climb we are at another crossroads, go straight to the intersection cut Celle Sul Rigo, passed through the town we head to San Casciano. Just before the village, on the left, we face the challenging climb which brings us to Sarteano. At the junction which is located in the main square, turn left and continue to Chianciano.
